Beginners Spin
If you are new to using spin bikes, or want a gentler workout this class is for you.

Enjoy yourself as you learn this eastern art that will firm and tone your midriff.

Body Tone Extra
Combining both cardio and strength training, using various pieces of equipment, engaging all the muscles.  Enhances overall physical fitness for women who want to lose weight, get fit and tone up.
Cardio Box/Boxercise
Punch and kick your way to fitness, with this cardio class that delivers results.
Legs Bums & Tums
Standing and lying down exercises to target those problem areas. Some equipment may be used
Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates for rehabilitation from injuries, Pilates is proven to strengthen the spine and flatten your tummy. Please tell the instructor of any injuries.
Spin
This challenging workout on two wheels will have you burning calories at the speed of lightning.
Badminton

Gentle, easy and relaxed sequence of stretching and breathing exercises.  Using controlled quality movements that bring you a deep sense of peace and relaxation

An Introductory class of step for beginners plus abdominal training
